What matters most is a strong customer-service instinct and the ability to manage a steady, high volume of customer interactions independently.**You are a great fit if you can...*** Provide individualized, ongoing support to property owners and contractors via phone and email to support project conversion and contract compliance.* Troubleshoot customer and contractor questions and provide guidance on program requirements.* Complete rebate processing, calculations, data entry, and QA/QC documentation review with strong attention to detail.* Accurately record customer and contractor interactions to meet program tracking and reporting requirements.* Manage a steady, high volume of phone calls and emails independently in a remote setting, balancing and prioritizing both throughout the day.* Travel occasionally (very infrequent, around twice a year) for local, optional in-person program or contractor events if you're based in the area.* Communicate comfortably by both phone and email, balancing and prioritizing both throughout the day.**Exciting candidates will have...*** 0-1 years of relevant experience; customer service or high-volume communication experience (e.g., call center) is highly valued.* Comfortable navigating computer systems (i.e. Microsoft Office) and general technology is a must.* Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.* A genuine interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, or helping customers; no specific degree or major required.* Detail-oriented to resolve rebate and calculation issues.* Patience and adaptability for longer, more in-depth customer conversations than a typical high-volume phone role.**Target Compensation:** $22/hour**DOT Requirements**If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.**Compensation Range**$19.55 - $27.25**Currency**USD**Type**HourlyAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.CLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students.
