You just earned your New York real estate license. You can become agent #487 at a mega-brokerage and cold-call rentals for two years, or you can start at a boutique firm where you actually get in the room.

\n

\n

Conquest is a REBNY firm that specializes in founders, family offices, and high-net-worth clients across residential, commercial, and investment deals. Our deals have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, and the New York Post. We are hiring ONE recent college graduate to train directly alongside our principals.

Who We Are Looking For

\n

\n
• Recent college grad (2024 or 2025) with a NY real estate salesperson license, or exam scheduled
\n
• Sharp, curious, presentable, and comfortable in a room with founders and investors
\n
• Self-starter who moves fast and wants a career, not a side hustle
\n
• Fluent in English
\n

\n

\n

What You Will Do

\n

\n
• Shadow showings and client meetings from week one
\n
• Prospect for new business and support company accounts, including commercial leasing requests (bars, restaurants, offices)
\n
• Help drive business development in key Manhattan submarkets
\n
• Learn both residential (sales, investments) and commercial (leasing, building sales)
\n
